The 29-year-old K-Pop star, the leader of 13-member group Seventeen, made waves on the Met Gala red carpet in a monochromatic Boss look.
S.Coups, the leader of K-Pop group Seventeen, made his Met Gala debut Monday night.
The 29-year-old rapper and singer wore Boss to fashion’s biggest night. He was recently announced as a global ambassador for the brand, opting for a monochromatic gray look that featured an oversized asymmetrical suit. The look, which matched the star’s hair color, was topped the look off with a black duster. He stopped for photos outside New York’s The Mark Hotel, the unofficial beginning of any stars’ Met Gala evening.
Monday’s Met Gala is the rapper’s first appearance as a Boss ambassador, but it’s far from his first foray into the world of fashion. S.Coups made waves at Loewe’s Paris Fashion Week show last Fall when he attended the brand’s show.

S.Coups and the rest of Seventeen are preparing to release their fifth studio album, Happy Burstday. The album, a celebration of the group’s 10th anniversary, is their first full-length album in nearly three years. The 13-member group announced the album on social media last month with a video of candles spelling out “happy birthday” that transformed into “happy burstday.” The teaser promised a “new tour, new unit single album, new Seventeen content” and more for their milestone year.
“Burstday” is a blend of birthday and burst to “express the explosive energy of Seventeen rebirth, capturing their desire to reinvent themselves as a ‘new Seventeen’ and embrace a fearless new era beyond a decade,” according to a release. Happy Burstday is expected to drop on the group’s 10th anniversary on May 26.
